Jérémy (Raphaël Quenard), a video store clerk, and Bouna (Jean-Pascal Zadi), an airport cleaner, meet on a pickup basketball court in Amiens, France, and form a strong bond. Rabid basketball lovers, the men discover they share a dream: to become player agents in the NBA. Without connections, money, or even a command of English, their ambitions take them on a winding journey filled with setbacks, stumbles, and (often humorous) culture clash. Based on a true story, the tale of these two singular men and how they achieved their goal makes for one of the year’s feel-good sports movies.
