Join us for a magical afternoon at the AF Isis Theatre on Sunday, December 22. Doors open at 2:00 PM for cookies and cocoa before a special presentation by the artists of DanceAspen on the history of The Nutcracker ballet, including a dance demonstration and brief Q+A.
At 3:00 PM, we’ll be showing a special screening of The Royal Ballet’s The Nutcracker, presented by Aspen Film in partnership with DanceAspen. Featuring Peter Wright’s much-loved production for The Royal Ballet, with gorgeous period designs by Julia Trevelyan Oman, this presentation keeps true to the spirit of this festive ballet classic, combining the thrill of the fairy tale with spectacular dancing.
