PHOTOS: Aspen Shortsfest kickoff at Glenwood Springs High School

Aspen Shortsfest 2024 is happening from April 1-7, which had its kickoff event at Glenwood Springs High School on Monday. The student-hosted event launched the Voices in Film Youth Forum and featured a selection of short films, including festival films, a film made by a young Colorado filmmaker from the Youth Documentary Academy, and a documentary created during Aspen Film’s Summer Film Camp.
Students were invited to view the films at the high school’s auditorium, and the event itself featured a Q&A with some of the filmmakers, and was broadcast live by Grassroots TV.
