OFFICE + DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of Aspen Film’s daily office operations and administration, in addition to providing development support to the organization. Duties to include:

  • Maintaining all office systems, inclusive of: phone, mail, email, computer, digital + paper files, equipment + supplies
  • Working with bookkeeper to ensure orderly financial systems, record keeping and timely reporting by assisting with handling of accounts receivable and payable, weekly bank deposits, coding and payment of bills, and in-kind reporting
  • Working to ensure excellent donor systems, communication + accurate record keeping
  • Assisting with identifying new donors and introducing them to the organization
  • Light HR and oversight of employee onboarding paperwork 
  • Helping track ticket revenue, membership, donations, and merchandise sales
  • Organizing the office and storage area, plus keeping the organization’s overall calendar
  • Assisting with maintenance of CRM platform 
  • Overseeing basic aspects of Intern Program

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Stable housing in the Roaring Fork Valley. No relocation or housing stipend is available
  • 2-4 years experience in Office Administration, preferably for a non-profit
  • Stellar proficiency in Office Suite
  • Some knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM software
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proven track record organizing systems and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: This is a year-round, part-time position, on-site in our Aspen Office. Working fully remotely is not an option for this role. Salary is between $22-25/hour, depending on experience.
